MEGAN...
I'm a 23 year old Texan girl. I am studying to be an elementary school teacher and can't wait for my own classrooms. I've had some setbacks towards obtaining my degree [keep reading] but that just makes it that much more worth getting! I love, love, love to cook. I also love crafts, playing the keyboard, learning things, church activities, and being with my friends and family. I've been married for almost three years to...

Chad & I have been together since 2003 and were married in 2005. He is my best friend and shows me every day what unconditional love is. He has been the one who has gotten me through a lot of tough times recently. ♥
TOUGH TIMES?...
I was diagnosed with a pilonidal cyst/disease in January of 2007. I felt a pain in my tailbone for over ten days that become so excrutiating I couldn't walk, went to the doctor, and had an emergency surgery to remove the cyst on 1/23/07. Ever since, I have had multiple complications from the surgery. I also am experiencing flare-ups of the disease, which is unfortuantly common. It has been a long, crazy road with many ups and downs but is showing me to focus on the things that are truly important in life and the people that have been there for me. Below is a map of other pilonidal survivors!
